SOFTWARE
More recently IRIS has built up a range of software and communication servers to better support its range of hardware and to facilitate the easy collaboration between IRIS hardware and customer applications. Examples of this include a remote communications server solution deployed globally to monitor vehicles across four continents.
Service providers who rely on remote devices for data acquisition will be very aware of the problems reported by users, and it is always the remote device which is at fault. IRIS has developed a range of software tools which are included as a package with all IRIS server solutions that to a large extent can diagnose and rectify any problems thus preventing unnecessary customer complaints and costly engineer call outs.
